2. Return and Exchange Policy

2.1 Return Conditions:

· Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or does not match the description on the website.

· Return requests must be made within 3 business days of receiving the product.

· Used or altered products are not eligible for return.

2.2 How to Request a Return:

· Customers must contact us via email: info@f7antiques.com within 3 business days of receiving the product.

· Clear pictures showing the damaged product or discrepancy from the description should be attached.

2.3 Product Exchange:

· If the product is damaged or does not match the description, it will be replaced with a similar product if available, or a refund will be provided.

2.4 Shipping and Return Terms:

· The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the error is from the store.

· Original shipping fees are non-refundable in return cases.
